Vào cái là thấy trang làm khá dễ nhìn, kiểu bố cục chia khối rõ nên kéo xuống không bị “ngợp”, đang ở phần nào nhìn phát biết liền. Mình cũng để ý họ có dòng cảnh báo về việc đôi lúc web bị hạn chế đặt ngay phía trên, nhìn khá thẳng thắn chứ không kiểu giấu nhẹm. Chữ với nền cũng vừa mắt, không màu mè quá nên đọc lướt vẫn ổn. Nói chung trải nghiệm ban đầu là gọn gàng, và cái khung cảnh báo nằm ngay đầu trang nên rất dễ thấy.

Hey, My experience at the Lufthansa LHR Terminal at Heathrow Airport was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. There were plenty of seating areas where I could relax before boarding, along with a good range of shops and food options. The signs throughout the terminal were clear, making it easy to find my gate without confusion. The overall atmosphere felt calm and well-managed, and the boarding process was handled efficiently. Overall, it was a simple, convenient, and stress-free travel experience.
